When we change over to eating raw foods it can be quite expensive. The suitable solution is to have your own garden. If you have a back yard you can grow a pretty decent sized one. Otherwise, get a few planters and grow a couple of tomato plants along the patio wall, and put a couple of eggplants inside the porch door with one large circular planter. Have each veggie plant its own design with imminent works of art. I put a little garden here of one type of vegetables and then another one on the south side of the yard. The sky is the limit what you can do.

Wheatgrass is the infant leaves of wheat, picked just following growing. Wheatgrass is freshly pressed and dehydrated and grounded into powder for human consumption. Researchers have published a list of publications regarding wheatgrass as she thought it can be used for treating tumors. Majortiy of wheatgrass content is chlorophyll. Maca is an herbaceous biennial plant in Bolivia and Peru. Maca grows on tall lands, and lives nicely only in very cold weather condition and in poor soil. It has been discovered that hypocotyls is one of the major compoents of wildcrafted and organic maca root on mountaineous area. As hypocotyls do not build in warm environments or in warm area, cultivated maca in other locations than Peruvian high lands have no same amount of hypocotyles and different eleents because the wild crafted and green maca root. Maca root is usually used as vegetable or herbal medicine. Additionally maca has uridine and glucosinolates and so on. Maca has been grown and consumed by Peruvians for generation after generation. It can improve our immune mechanism. It also regulates women’s hormonal irregularities.
Spirulina is floating dark green plant with round trichomes in left-hand spiral. Spirulina grows wildly in tropical and subtropical ponds with high pH and high content of carbonate and bicarbonate. Spirulina is frequently consumed as food . For thousands of years Aztecs have been eating it. The earliest record reveals that spirulina grew in Pond Constance, and was harvested and sold as food. The early Spirulina firm was setup in 1970s. During past few years spirulina has turned out to be a common food in the world, and has been recognised by the FDA, WHO and other medical authourities as healthy supplements.

The process of freshness goes from fresh fruits and vegetables, to frozen foods, and down to canned goods. Last on the list, these canned items are slowly becoming a thing of the past.
